Berries & Chia Smoothie 

Ingredients 
 
1 cup of coconut water 
1/2 cup of frozen berries (raspberries, strawberries and blueberries) 
1 heaped tbsp of chia seeds 
 
Method 
 
1. Place everything in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
