M i n d f u l c o o k i n g  

Cacao & Cinnamon Smoothie 

Ingredients 
 
1 cup unsweetened oat milk or any plant based milk (coconut milk is my personal favourite) 
1/2 banana 
1/3 cup plain yogurt 
2-3 tsp cocoa powder 
1-2 tsp chia seeds 
1/2 tsp of ground ceylon cinnamon  
1 tablespoon maple or agave syrup 
1/2 cup ice 
a tbsp of of chopped dark chocolate (optional) 
 
 
Method 
 
1. Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Decorate with some chopped chocolate, banana and chia seeds (optional). 
 
An extremely satisfying smoothie, for the mornings when you want to indulge. The cinnamon adds a hint of South Asia.
