Matcha Latte 

1 1/2 tsp matcha tea powder 
250ml milk or any plant based milk 
1 tsp agave syrup or maple syrup (optional) 
1. Put the matcha and sweetener into a mug and pour in 1 tbsp boiling water, stir to a thick paste. 
2. Heat the milk until steaming. Froth until foamy with a whisk or milk frother. Pour into the matcha mixture. Serve Hot.
